Boston Pizza

Was a great spot to meet friends traveling home to Edmonton. We were traveling too, so this venue offered a nice setting. The food was standard Boston Fare. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely come here again. Thanks ....

Our family went to this restaurant at 4:15 pm and were turned away because we didn't have a reservation. The place was empty of customers. Apparently, everything was booked for 5:30. Lucky for us we found an excellent restaurant called, ’The Otherside’. The menu, service and the food were excellent. The best all meat pizza ever!

Lousy service waited 10 minutis no one came so i left and wont be going to any Boston Pizza again

Had such an awesome visit tonight!! Robyn was an awesome server!! I was an AGM of a Boston Pizza in Edmonton for a few years and I was so impressed with how she was with us. Young family with two teen girls...she chatted them up which I loved. Then she offered appies which we declined because we kinda knew what we wanted. My husband and I both ordered beers because well.....pizza....but she did mention drink specials. And she offered dessert, we were too full. But she was fun and interacted with all of us! And mentioned everything that she was supposed to! (Sorry manager coming in) Definitely coming to visit again!!

Paul is very promote when dealing with customers, when my order is not right he is the first one to fix the mistake and make sure that clients are happy! I really like his service and he really goes out of his way to serve us!

Consistently tasty food, and change in menu. So always a nice outing, and busy place as it has wide appeal for families outing, kids welcome.

Love the Granville island honey lager. Pizza was excellent. Excellent customer service.

Honey dill chicken power bowl, was great . And the 10$ lunch quesadillas, were incredible I thought I had better get a side of hot wings and they too were really good. Food was fast, hot, right to order..the space there was very quiet, and it was a great lunch we will definitely return, and I'm having those quesadillas again 100%...The portions were big, the power bowl actually was brought home and made into a second meal. Excellent lunch....

Fast, friendly service.Food was 8/10 - asked for extra sauce on our pizza & got very little sauce. ALSO, it cost me $75.00 for 1 Lg. & 1 med. Pizza even though we got 50% off the 2nd pizza?- I'm not sure why or how - these were even take out! Not sure if we'll go back

Service at the Stettler store was lackluster and not very attentive considering there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. The food was good but, no real service to speak of.

Stopped on my way through Stettler and had the small Hawaiian pizza. The pizza didn’t taste very good, but I ate it anyway. Was sick to my stomach for the rest of the night. Told the waitress about my concerns but she didn’t seam to care to much.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went here yesterday for dinner with my team after a long day of work and ordered a small HAWAIIAN pizza. I took a bite and thought something tasted off but I thought it was just because I had a couple cactus cut chips before that so I kept eating it. I told the waitress the pizza tasted funny and she said "What pizza?" .. and she was literally right there infront of the table where my pizza was sitting. Today my stomach is in knots. Its terrible. Your food gave me food poisoning. I will not be coming back.

Always excellent food, I order online and it is ready in 20 minutes every time. The service is usually pretty great too!

We had Paul as our server and his attention to detail was excellent. My sister in law is very particular about how her steak was cooked and Paul offered to have it redone before she could even voice a concern. I was thoroughly impressed. In short, the service we received was excellent. The food was pretty standard for Boston Pizza and I have no complaints in that regard.

Suzy was very efficient and quick on bringing out my take out order, while being very friendly and accommodating.

Food is ok, nothing fantastic. Mostly comfort food and high calorie high fat foods

Service was good, much better than other locations. Food was decent but the steak sandwich was absolutely plain. Bread, steak and fries. No seasoning or sauce or garnish

It's ok. It is what it is. Nothing special. Good to bring kiddos to though.

Comparable to other BP's. Consistent food and service, nothing that was outstanding nor underwhelming. Best part was the discount received from the hotel we were staying at while travelling through.

Good atmosphere! A little pricing but what restaurant isn't these days.

Always Good Food!

It's kind of a hit or miss when you go sometimes its great and other times the food is cold or not how you wanted it.

Service is great and the food is even better. Always clean and has a side bar for those who want to grab a drink. The wait is indeed long at times but it's worth it in the end. You can watch the 4 or 5 televisions they have turned onto the sports network usually. All in all I recommend going if you want an almost fancy and romantic supper

Went to BP’s with the family recently and the service was great! They were super busy for wing night and short staffed, but Paul handled the rush like a pro! Drinks were always full and the wings were great.

The food is fine. But I really wish they would make the Thai chicken wrap available all day, not just at lunch! I don't even mind paying more for it as it is so tasty!

Just called to add a pizza to my online order for the 50% offer the lady Nicole who answered said I couldn't do this as I was getting the bundle so I tried and screen snap shot you clearly can do this.

It's BP. What can I say...it's great from food to service.

Kayla was a fantastic waitress. She handled our large group of over 10 efficiently and courteously. Dill chicken bowl was delicious.
